The room!- Very good sized, beds were incredibly comfortable, the cot was a good size, bedding was soft and pillows were perfect. Good sized TV and space for luggage. Room came with a complimentary bar of chocolate, tea, water and a Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom - very good sized bath and separate large shower cubicle. Very good sized bathroom (although questionable tile colour) Cleanliness - really clean room. Cleaners were also very friendly and happy. Later than average checkout was nice especially considering our late check in. Location is right in the middle of the town centre next to all the main shopping areas + very short walk to all the best bars in town.

Extremely good buffett breakfast with lots of choice. Business feel, super close to station, whole thing is no effort. They remembered the couple of fairly unusual requests I had, so the attention to detail was much appreciated. Effective Aircon in the rooms, bed and duvet super comfy - and not too hot or heavy, felt that way perhaps at first but I woke up super refreshed. Gym is mixed, it is outdated and subpar equipment, however you are likely to have it completely to yourself :). Curtains go all the way around the room so you can truly block out the light, which I appreciated.

Great location - literally 2 minutes from the train station and 2 minutes to the open air restaurant areas Great breakfast - really organized and good options including specialty teas and coffee, everything to make your ideal yogurt granola pot, hot items like scrambled, hard boiled eggs and bacon. Continental items like hams, cheeses, and obviously the pastries. Big room compared to other hotels Cleaning service is good. Room has kettle and speciality tea and coffee - nice touch.

The location was excellent: close to the train station (which has a bus connection to the airport) but without the noise of moving trains. This is a lively area with a lot of shops, bars, and restaurants. It was somewhat noisy on weekend nights, but I almost couldn't hear it in my room. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions in Eindhoven, such as Van Abbe Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art.

I arrived earlier than expected. The room was not ready and I was invited to use lunch area to stay working. Then I was offered to check-in in a room up-grade, although without fridge (they informed me in advance). Very kind all the staff. There is coffe in the room, a small nespresso with regular and decaffeined capsules. 1 bottle free water. Very close to train station and to city center.
